Συνοψη καιρού "Πετώντας στο υπήνεμο όπως συνήθως"
Αυξημένη βαρομετρική σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη μέρα, και πτώση της υγρασίας, με ασθενή βοριά ψηλά πάνω από τα 1700m.
Η ΝΝΑ αύρα θα μπει στην κοιλάδα μετά τις 11.00 δημιουργώντας συνθήκες για πτήση στην περιοχή.
Τα θερμικά δεν θα είναι πολύ δυνατά κοντά στο έδαφος, και θα έχουν μεγάλους κύκλους, μπορεί όμως να επιταχύνουν ψηλά όταν έρχονται σε επαφή με τον Βοριά πάνω από τα βουνά.
Δεν περιμένουμε να δούμε Cu στην περιοχή, και η αναστροφή στα 1300 αναμένεται ισχυρή. Κάτω από αυτήν ο άνεμος θα είναι 10-12kph ενώ πάνω από αυτή δεν θα έχουμε πρακτικά άνεμο. Πάνω όμως από το επίπεδο των 2050μ θα έχουμε ΒΒΑ άνεμο που μπορεί να είναι ισχυρότερος ανατολικότερα από το Φαλακρό όπως και Δυτικότερα προς την περιοχή των Σερρών.
Τα θερμικά θα ανεβαίνουν θεωρητικά μέχρι τα 1700m πάν από τα βουνά, στις 15.00h, αργότερα μπορεί να φτάσουν τα 2000μ στις 17.00h.
Μπορεί να έχουμε σύγκλιση μέσα στην κοιλάδα μετά τις 16.00 χωρίς εμφανή σημεία.
Κάποιες άχνες μπορεί να φαίνονται στα 2700m πάνω από τις μεγάλες κορυφές, χωρίς να πιάνονται από τα θερμικά.
Υπολογίζεται μια πιθανή XC speed 22-25kph και είναι πιθανό ένα τασκ διάρκειας 3-4 h να δώσει από 65-85km XC στην περιοχή.
