Summary of the Day forecast

A frontal zone, induced by the long cold front that past through the Balkan area, had an impact in the Krusevo area during the 6th of August.

Post frontal conditions are expected now for the 7th, with a strong inversion and mild thermals due to the high humidity still staying inside the valley.

Day will start blue, and at 13.00 the first Cu are expected from the west.

At 14.00 more Cu, will also expand to the valley and more to the mountains of Prilep, North and South to Voras mountain.

It is possible that there will be showers to the North mountains and to the area of Promachoi to the SE after 15.00h.

Later in the day a layer cloud will arrive from the west, bringing shadow to the area, dropping the conditions between 15.00 and 16.00h. 

A new cloud cycle will appear after 16.00, but high cirrus clouds will not let sun energy to reach ground and conditions will not be strong after 16.00h. 

Winds from the ENE <10kph up to the inversion of 1500-1600m. Another inversion at 2600m will keep higher a light expected NW wind<10kph

Thermals (average 2,5m/s) will reach initially the inversion of 1500m-1600m, some of them may reach 1800-2100m at the peak of the day at 15.00h.
